Is the reservation confirmed instantly?

No. Submitting creates a reservation request; our staff confirm availability by email shortly after.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit of 1,000,000 VND applies for parties of 6 or more at Sushi Aoyama (10+ at Hanayuki), for certain premium courses (e.g. SAIKO, KIWAMI, FUGU), or on special days. When required, the confirmation email includes bank transfer (VietQR) details.

What is the cancellation policy?

Sushi Aoyama: free cancellation until 16:00 on the reservation day; after 16:00 a 500,000 VND fee applies; dinner reservations after 16:00 cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.

Do you have private rooms?

Yes. You can choose your seat preference: counter, private room, or no preference.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Sushi Aoyama offers a kids course (GENKI) for children under 12.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary needs?

Yes. Please note any allergies or dietary requirements in the request and inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Which languages are supported?

Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Traditional Chinese. The site auto-detects your browser language; you can also set ?lang=vi|en|ja|ko|zh.

How do I pay the deposit?

By bank transfer. A VietQR code and bank account details are provided (Saigon: ACB; Hanoi: VietinBank).

4. Good to know

Every booking is a request. Our staff check availability and confirm by email, usually within the day.
Some courses, large groups and special dates require a deposit. The confirmation email explains how to transfer.
Your name, phone and email are never placed in links. The assistant asks you for them, or you type them in the form.
To change or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email, or contact the restaurant.
